Letter to our Suppliers and Customers Concerning COVID-19

Date: March 18, 2020

As we all grapple with the on-going global health crisis, Forming & Shoring Solutions would like to take a moment and address concerns regarding COVID-19.

Complying with Recommended Guidelines
We are following all Federal, State, and local health recommendations as well as guidelines posted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The safety of our network of suppliers, customers, and staff is of up-most importance, and we remain committed to taking a proactive approach to do our part in helping to slow the spread of this virus.

Committed to You
As a vendor facing uncertainty, you can be certain we’re implementing best practices as they’re being released to ensure the smooth continuity of business while we get through this together. These practices include taking immediate action to prepare for any unanticipated disruptions to normal business operations.

As a customer, you can rest assured we’ve taken steps to mitigate impacts to us, that might occur in our industry, to be sure you’re taken care of and have the materials you need to keep your job running smoothly.  This includes multiple supply sourcing both internationally and domestically and a commitment to staying current of any market changes that might influence supply chains.

What We Ask of You
Vendor visits are limited for the next 6 weeks.  Please call ahead for approval before visiting our facility as most business can be conducted via alternative means.

On-site customers are asked whenever possible, to call or email your order ahead of time so that we may have your material pulled and ready for shipment.

Thank You
We hope these measures will limit personal interactions, helping to contain the spread of the virus, and allowing us to meet our commitments to both our business and the human community.
